How do I sign in?

Open the Medhya app and sign in with the email you used at checkout. If you created a password on the website, use that password. You can also continue with Google if it is the same email.

If the app says it does not recognise you, check you are not on a different email (work vs personal, or Apple Hide My Email). Write to us with both addresses if you are stuck.
