I was charged after the trial. What happened?

The 7-day trial converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. That charge is the first paid period, not a surprise extra fee.

If you did not mean to continue, cancel as above so you are not billed again. For a billing question, write to us with the email you used at checkout and whether you paid on the website, Apple, or Google.
